Making Sober Fun Since 2021

Club 164 was founded in 2019, on the basis of providing a safe and substance-free space for our local recovery community. Completely funded by generous donors, Club 164 officially opened its doors on September 18, 2021.

Conveniently located in the heart of Anne Arundel County, the club offers a unique and comforting experience to those in recovery while filling a much needed void in the area by intentionally catering to those who have chosen sobriety without forsaking fun.

Playing host to 35 12-step peer support groups and frequent special events, the club's welcoming space prominently features a non-alcoholic bar and lounge, offers light fare on a suggested pay-scale, includes a state-of-the-art entertainment system, game room and large community meeting spaces; and provides complimentary childcare services seven days a week so that parents in recovery can remain committed to their sobriety without the additional burden of needing to find child care.

We are open daily from 10am-10pm, 365 days a year - paying intentional attention to holidays and the celebration of popular sporting & entertainment events that might otherwise trigger or challenge an individual's sobriety.
