If you joined the Mug Club prior to January 1, 2026, no action or changes are needed on your behalf — you are all set!

Frequently Asked Donor Questions

  • If you are making a monthly contribution, you can modify the amount you donate each month in your Donorbox dashboard.

  • Both contributions help the club in the same way — the only difference is that the monthly Mug Club donation comes with the perk of having an assigned, refillable mug at the club that you can use when you visit.

  • Donorbox is a platform that we use to accept donations. When you make your first donation to the club, you will receive an email that has instructions for signing up for an account with them to manage your contribution.

  • No problem! Just visit donor box.org and select sign up. **Be sure to register your account with the email address you used to make your donation. If you do not remember the email address you used, please contact us here and we will be happy to assist you.
